Egg Cognac

1 Egg Yolk
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/4 c Cognac

Mix egg yolks and sugar and vannila untill light coloured creamy.

Add Cognac and stir until all is well blended.

Keeps for 1 month.
